Adam Reel Media ("we", "us", "our") operates this TikTok app. The app lets the business owner publish videos we create to our own TikTok accounts (@fisherscatchmedia and @reelacademy72) through Make, our automation platform. It posts only to accounts we own, and only videos we created.
This app is for the business owner's own use. It is not offered to the public, and no other person or business may use it to post to their own accounts.
Videos posted through the app are our own original videos. We do not post anyone else's content, and we do not claim rights over content belonging to others.
The app must be used only as described above, and only in line with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Any use outside that scope is not permitted.
The app is provided "as is". We may change, suspend, or stop it at any time. We may update these terms; the current version of this page is the one in force.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this app, including any action taken by TikTok on posted content.
